Expert Witness
Sometimes building work does not go according to plan and disputes may arise between client and contractor regarding payment, quality of workmanship, building defects or breach of contract.
If possible, it is best to try to resolve a dispute before it reaches court by appointing an agreed, independent surveyor to review all aspects and report findings.
If the matter has already gone to arbitration or adjudication, an expert witness may be appointed by the court.
