Under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, Stiles & Co can act as the Principal Designer, either independently or as part of a project management role.
If you are planning to carry out construction works or maintenance of your property, as a Duty Holder you have the responsibility under the CDM Regulations to appoint a Principal Designer or Principal Contractor to manage and co-ordinate health and safety. These Regulations apply to all clients whether they are considering domestic or commercial projects.
