Most prime properties are now equipped with advanced service installations as standard which are outside the scope of standard surveys. Our Bespoke Survey will provide full testing and reporting on those installations including air conditioning, intelligent house hardware, telecoms and audio visual packages. The survey can also extend to reporting on swimming pools, saunas and other integrated leisure facilities. We aim to ensure you can be confident that these complex installations have been installed correctly, are of a good quality and operate reliably.

Our specialist equipment allows us to investigate the property in greater detail than most surveyors. The Bespoke Survey can therefore include thermal imaging to identify presence of insulation in concealed places, confirm the integrity of hidden plumbing and inspect cavity wall and underfloor voids for damp problems.

Unlike most surveys provided by other surveying practices the Bespoke Survey is presented in a unique format and written in plain English. We insert thumbnail photographs when describing defects for better comprehension. Each section of the survey is given an overall rating which are compiled and summarised at the end of the report for quick reference. We also make a point of highlighting significant structural concerns or health and safety matters mentioned in the survey under their own section for clarity. Specialist inspection reports are appended to the survey but summarised in a simple format in the survey to avoid confusion and technical jargon.
