After the initial full building survey carried out by Stiles & Co, the owners required a prompt refurbishment throughout for a quick move in. Stiles & Co carried out a measured survey and produced proposed layout plans and an accompanying schedule of works. This was submitted for tender and a contractor appointed. Choosing a contractor that could perform in the limited timescale was key and required tight project management, which Stiles & Co provided throughout.

Stiles & Co also fulfilled the Client’s duties set out under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and acted as Principal Designer to manage health and safety aspects.
