Blackmoore Farm

The client had bought a 1970s bungalow on a large piece of land in the Cobham area of Surrey with plans to demolish the structure and build a family home on the plot. 

Although the architect had already been appointed by the owner, we were involved from the beginning with developing the plans, preparing the specification and schedule of works and putting together the team to carry out the client’s wishes. This involved basement construction and installation of a ground source heating system as well as landscaping the garden and the introduction of a heated swimming pool and upgrading of exiting stable facilities.

Various contractors were invited to tender in February 2010 with work starting in October of that year and the clients were able to move in during November 2011.
