Hall Court was a substantial, dilapidated grade II listed building situated in rural Berkshire. Stiles & Co assisted the owners with the refurbishment of the property, from preparing the initial design and obtaining planning permission for an extension to form a new utility area through to project management. This included appointing a contractor and monitoring the construction works to achieve practical completion.
We worked with the owners to accentuate the building’s original features, which included bay windows and exposed oak roof members. The refurbished Hall Court boasts state of the art renewable services, including an air source heat pump.
