Stiles & Co is a firm of Chartered Surveyors, which provides varied property advice to UK and overseas clients.

Stiles & Co is a limited company and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Our registered office is Bailey House, 4-10 Barttelot Road, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 1DQ and our company registration number is 0656774.

Stiles & Co is registered with RICS Designated professional Body Scheme (DPB), in relation to our work regarding buildings insurance claims and associated professional advice.

    • Policy schedule and current wording.
    • Insurers and their representatives (loss adjusters) contact information.

We do not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission, are required to do so by law or in the course of providing the contracted professional service who we may share your data with.

8.How long we will hold your Personal Data for

We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

In many cases this will mean that we shall retain your personal data for the same period as we retain your files or a copy of your files. Usually this will not be less than 16 years from the date that the relevant matter came to an end. In addition, we shall retain information obtained to meet our obligations under the anti-money laundering regulations for at least 6 years following the end of our business relationship with you.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee may be payable.
